Jaime Aldaya, Director
Experience: BEng (Electrical and Electronic Engineering), extensive experience in renewable energy systems design, installation, and management. Accredited in delivering MSC (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) training, ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting the growth of skilled professionals in the clean energy sector.
Why I love working for GENR8: We started GENR8 Energy with a mission to give something back and do something positive for the environment, and I love helping like-minded people and businesses do the same.

Graham Stewart, Director
Experience: Over 20 years experience of mechanical and electrical experience in the motor industry with Volvo Trucks. Qualified as domestic electrical installer in 2014, and then in the following few years expanded skillsets to cover larger solar PV installation, car charging and battery storage. Completing jobs of every size across the breadth of the UK over the last few years with GENR8, we have achieved so much for customers and that makes me incredibly proud.

Andy, Domestic Solar Lead
Experience: I have worked for several companies across multiple engineering sectors – automotive, aerospace and renewables. My roles included project engineer, design and simulation engineer and loads engineer.
In recent years, I decided to reskill and, with the help of Genr8 Energy, am now a fully qualified electrician. I run my own business working closely with Genr8 Energy to install solar, battery and vehicle charger solutions.

Experience: As an elected Green councillor in the Kettering area, I have been supporting local schools and community groups to look at solar to reduce their energy bills and carbon footprint for over half a decade.
My working background is in SEO and web marketing, and it’s great to be able to apply this skillset to an industry that is really making a difference. With lots of experience navigating grant funding, I’m passionate about helping people connect the dots so they can unlock solar

Hi I’m Seb, I’m an apprentice working for Genr8 Energy and really excited for the future. I’m just starting my career and I’m pleased to get the opportunity to work for Genr8 as it’ already given me loads of insight into the industry and I feel like I’ve gained a lot of technical skills. It’s a nice industry to work in as it’s helping people reduce their energy costs – but it can be cold when it rains!
Hello, I’m Harry, I have previously completed 2 years at college doing electrical full time and then moved on to do my apprenticeship for the last 4 years. I’m currently nearing the end of my apprenticeship and am excited for where things may lead in the future working with Genr8.
