Homecharge Scheme Eligibility Questionnaire

This form confirms that you meet the criteria for the £350 Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) grant towards your car charger installation. Please read the guidelines for customers first to ensure that you are eligible, if not you may need to pay the full amount for the charger and installation.  Please then fill in the form below, and upload any qualifying documents if necessary. The form should take around 10 minutes, and we will do the rest and apply for the grant on your behalf.
